Challenge
QA consulting was our prior task. We evaluated the software for vulnerabilities and defined further strategy to enhance quality via product analysis. That was the first time our client worked with the QA team.
Solution
Our engagement began with a QA consulting phase designed to give the client a clear picture of their current quality standing before any testing began.
The process included a product overview session with the development team to understand the platform’s architecture, core features, and release cadence. We then held a structured discussion to align on project goals, quality expectations, and the areas of highest risk.
Based on this analysis, we identified the major quality gaps — inconsistencies in UI behavior across devices, untested edge cases in the app-building flow, and the absence of a defined regression strategy. The output was a concrete list of recommendations and a manual QA plan tailored to the no-code platform’s specifics.
The plan defined the applicable test types — functional, UI, and compatibility testing — and outlined how each would be integrated into the team’s existing development workflow without disrupting delivery timelines.
Results
- After the project was evaluated, the cooperation continued and resulted in a sprint-based manual & automated testing that is ongoing.
- For now, our team is checking whether the app meets functional requirements and whether UI adapts responsively on mobile devices and supports native and web apps.
- Each sprint is followed by integration testing to ensure the smooth joint functioning of the newly created software modules.
- Finally, cross-browser tests check if the web app is responsive to the most popular browsers
